The ingredients use by the Derma Warrior are hand picked and the products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are not refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (contact@Dermawarrior.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

For our products, we use as little plastic as possible, while constantly researching and trialling alternatives. Our focus is to keep our products fresh and safe to use. We have opted for glass jars for our creams and balms as glass is completely sustainable and can be reused.The only products that use recyclable plastic are those that will be used in the shower. Our shipping boxes are made from recycled materials and biodegradable packing peanuts. Both of which come with FSC certifications.
