This sugar Body Polish removes dead skin cells while nourishing and exfoliates the skin, improves circulation and keeps the skin plump, supple, and smooth. Mango butter helps form a moisturising barrier on the skin protecting it from dryness, whilst adding hydration.

Ingredients:

Sucrose (Cane sugar), Mangifera indica (Mango)Butter, Helianthus Annuus (sunflower) oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) oil infused with Achillea Millefolium (yarrow), Symphytum Officinale (comfrey), Calendula Officinalis extract, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow) root extract, Plantago Lanceolata leaf (Plantain) extract. Sodium Bicarbonate, Cymbopogon Flexuosus (Lemongrass) essential oil and Citrus Limon Fruit (Lemon) essential oil, Citral, Citronellol, Eugenol, Geraniol,d-Limonene, Linalol.

Directions:
Use whilst in the bath or shower, gently massage all over your body 1-2 times a week this will leave your skin radiant looking and feeling fresh and glowing. Follow up with your daily body moisturiser.

Zinc Oxide, Mangifera indica (mango) seed butter, Bentonite, Ricinus communis seed (castor) oil, Olea europaea fruit (olive) oil, Theobroma cacao seed (cocoa) butter, Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow) root extract, Achillea millefolium (yarrow) extract, Plantago lanceolata (plantain)leaf extract, Calendula officinalis flower extract, Symphytum officinale (comfrey)leaf extract

Simply pour some into your linen bag provided, fasten the bag to prevent any content from escaping, and pop it into your lukewarm bath. Gently squeeze the bag to get the most out of these all-natural ingredients. Soak and relax in the bathwater for 5-20 mins. Rinse your skin, gently pat dry and apply moisturiser. Once finished immediately pop the contents into the bin. Leaving your linen bag to dry ready for your next bath.

Couldn't have done TSW without it

I have been in TSW for almost two years now and have just ordered my second jar of this balm. I really couldn't have got to where I am now without this balm. It sounds cliché to say, but it feels like a bit of a miracle balm - I will never understand how it manages to sort out my raw, oozing skin in just days. While my skin is so much better than my early days of TSW, it is so nice to know I have this in the drawer for when I need it. I couldn't recommend it enough.

8 months TSW

So many things that used to be safe for me are no longer, including Sudocrem which now burns me, but this has been my saviour on the night after a scratch fest. I'm trying so hard not to, but like anyone going through TSW knows, it's hard, so I've been putting this on my arms and covering with tubular bandages and it's doing a world of good. It's also helping my hands and anywhere else I put it, so I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone else suffering
